      1. Start up 2. Opportunities to learn 3. Founders are friendly but don't have a system of basic human work life balance in place.

      Cons

      1. Inhumanly long working hours 2. No compensation for extra work 3. Expected to be sacrificially committed. 4. No system of growth, depends solely on the founders. 5. They make fancy titles/designation because they don't have a system.
