Master franchisee for a new brand in the country, so lot of learning opportunities with the expansion plans and for sustaining business in the long run

Cons

No freedom. Owner drive company. Lesser growth opportunity. High on politics.

None as they will not even give you breathing space

Cons

Incompetent and legally unsound manager Dirty politics Bad HR Pathetic management People work in consort with each other and support each other in unfair practices They poach candidates who are good and stagnate and harass them. They make juniors as reporting managers. They just show off that they have work but in actual there is no work. Try to act smart even with lawyers Draft unfair employment contracts
