      Pros

      BW used to have a great reputation.

      Cons

      Incredibly inappropriate, sexist, elitist culture. One of the worst good ol' boys clubs around. Lacks even the most fundamental leadership. Inability to retain female attorneys should be a huge red flag but as long as they can keep hiring young attorneys to bill like crazy for the short time they are on board, members are happy.

      There are still a few people there friendly enough, but not many.

      Cons

      Starting with Amy and Deena, two of the worst directors/managers that are employed with BW. They are allowed to treat people with no dignity or respect, but demand it from you.

      New building, generous PTO, good work-life balance, early out Fridays

      Cons

      Pay is well below market to deal with a gossipy, manipulative and very unprofessional work environment. You get to watch secretaries who make significantly more than you talk on the phone all day and shop online and do no work and nothing will ever be done about it. Everyone seems to be in competition with each other (for no reason what so ever) therefore you have to watch every move you make or someone will tattle to HR. Overall, of you enjoyed the constant drama of high school, this is the perfect place!
