BW used to have a great reputation.
Cons
Incredibly inappropriate, sexist, elitist culture. One of the worst good ol' boys clubs around. Lacks even the most fundamental leadership. Inability to retain female attorneys should be a huge red flag but as long as they can keep hiring young attorneys to bill like crazy for the short time they are on board, members are happy.
