      Disorganized Mess

      Pros

      The management team means well, and for the most part is very talented.

      Cons

      The owner is a serial entrepreneur that is very disorganized and has been known to announce plans to do a complete overhaul of strategy on a weekly basis. He has hired a competent management team from what I've seen but constantly interferes with their ability to carry out their jobs. Also, he talks negatively behind his employees' backs and is extremely poor at communicating.

      Pros

      The management team as a whole is great. Good people with good hearts. Always looking to build each other up. The staff at the location levels are good too. Everyone is trying very hard, even with different directions coming on a daily basis. Could be a decent company if we could get some things in order.

      Cons

      Owner talks about people behind their backs - constantly. He also cannot stay on task and is going in different directions depending on who he is talking to.

      Pros

      The company continues to expand and grow, in both scope and team. This means there are multiple opportunities for anyone. If you are willing to work through the growing pains you can make your own way. Everyone is always open to input and suggestion and welcomes new ideas.

      Cons

      It's a young, growing company. There are always a million things going on at any one time. That can create some disjointed communications. But everyone is truly vested in seeing you succeed.
