Cons
Everybody-is-on-his-own-mentality among partners, partners work out of the scope of their own expertise, do not contribute to a "greater good", hours. Associates are seated in a room with secretary and interns and Moved around the office without being asked. Only filter coffee and water available for employees, amount of coffee in the filter is controlled by a partner.
