Good company with some flaws
Pros
joined as fresh so company gave me tough time in learning new things. instructed me well in learning new things. land me into world of software and backend development. tough tasks and timeline management in me is due to them.
Cons
after working for 1.5 years no increase in salary. will exhaust you out till end of your life if task is not complete. no work life balance. why they not increased my salary here is the story in short. I landed my first job(june 2019) here on 28k with signing affidavit that say I will not leave company for 2 years then, after 6 months probation period(dec 2019) completion got 7k increment now on 35k. in 2021 February after an year and 3 months I was still on 35k no sign of increment I asked for anything but got nothing then I applied somewhere else and got offer letter at 60k and then resigned here. management panicked and tried to throw me under the bus when I tried to leave after my 1.8 by not giving me any experience letter which is still pending because they said I broke rule of leaving company under 2 years as I mentioned before but honestly they think I am some kind of animal which is latched to this 2 year affidavit but I left for good. they rudely said on very day and said to just go and no any notice period neither any good wish so I gave all accessories and left that door. later my next employer trusted me gave me job without any experience letter so I am kind of lucky.
