This is not a company. It's a scam. They will make you do as much work as they can, and pay as little as possible. Just google the manager name and you will find tens of lawsuits against them and the company from previous emploees contracts. You will also find a lot of dram around that leadership as well. They will probably change the name of the company and start all over like they always do.

The company has a toxic work environment plagued by micro-management and an absentee CEO. It was a challenging environment to work in, and I often felt very stressed and anxious due to the lack of support and guidance from upper management. Unfortunately, the situation became worse when the CEO was replaced by an inexperienced individual who lacked the necessary leadership skills to run the company effectively. Their behavior was unprofessional, and their mean-spirited attitude made it difficult to feel comfortable approaching them with concerns.
