Pros

Despite the challenges of working in such an environment, the job had some positive aspects. The other employees I worked with were really talented.

Cons

The company has a toxic work environment plagued by micro-management and an absentee CEO. It was a challenging environment to work in, and I often felt very stressed and anxious due to the lack of support and guidance from upper management. Unfortunately, the situation became worse when the CEO was replaced by an inexperienced individual who lacked the necessary leadership skills to run the company effectively. Their behavior was unprofessional, and their mean-spirited attitude made it difficult to feel comfortable approaching them with concerns. Pros

Depending on your position, you may get some perks like dinners and events.

Cons

This is not a company. It's a scam. They will make you do as much work as they can, and pay as little as possible. Just google the manager name and you will find tens of lawsuits against them and the company from previous emploees contracts. You will also find a lot of dram around that leadership as well. They will probably change the name of the company and start all over like they always do.

Pros

None, they are a giant scam.

Cons

The team is like a bunch of high school mean girls, management is likely in on making this a pump and dump scam and they rip off all of their clients.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you feel that our work is a scam. We work very hard at BIG in hopes of creating great projects and value for everyone involved. As for the mean girls comment, I will agree that we have several women working at the company and it’s actually something I, being a female leader, encourage. I personally have not seen any of them be mean. Sometimes being assertive or confident can be translated as mean when it comes to female. I am very proud of the assertive, partially female team we have and will continue to encourage them to speak their mind and address issues head on. Hope that clears up any miss information for you.
