Pros
All of the employees there are awesome. You won't find a better group of quality character and workmanship.
Cons
The owners mental health is very quickly deteriorating and she stays very much involved in all aspects of the day to day. Down to and including messaging techs and engineers directly while their onsite performing duties for clients. These messages are verbally abusive and are typically unfounded. Pay is substantially less than at other similar organizations. If you are paid fairly you will be treated as if you're over paid. You aren't treated as a person, merely a resource to be exploited.

The team is a great group of folks, The work is a ton of fun if you enjoy Systems Engineering.
Cons
The owner, Diana, is a total control freak. With the COVID-19 quarantine, she lost her mind and started getting really invasive in terms of spying on private tech communications and such. They also claim to care about work-life balance, but if you go in salaried, expect that to be just talk.
