Under valued and over worked

Pros

- I was well favoured in the company as I was hard working and produced results - my line manager constantly recognised my ability and made me an example to other countless times.

Cons

- Over worked - company does not live their values - company does nothing to support once a child is enrolled. Only focus is to see numbers increase - Under paid (I’m in the same role now elsewhere and on 45k a year more, if brought in line with my peers at that time, I would have been paid 20k more than I was) the excuse to not being able to pay me market value was the company couldn’t afford it. But could afford to fly in and out of Melbourne and stay on crown hotel on a VERH regular basis - worked ungodly hours

Unreasonable time to approve leave

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

Rewarding work, some shifts are good hours

Cons

Some managers refuse to approve leave in a timely manner and you never know if your leave is approves until rosters come out. This makes it impossible to commit to events or book travel when it is cheaper... power tripping managers, everyone stressed, calling sick employees to demand they attend work despite being severely unwell (implying they don't believe they are sick)
