      Pros

      - The majority of the people who work there are very nice - Pay is good - They provide the uniform - Great place for students - Flexible work hours

      Cons

      - Not open to change or opinions. - The cameras in the back of the Seed & Gift store are illegal, they didn't even tell us when they were being installed. -

      Pay is decent, and training is rigorous

      Cons

      This is a very rigid and weird working environment. There is an archaic appearance policy, very rigid behavioural requirements, and the top layer of leadership is controlling and unpredictable. Management spends a lot of time managing certain personalities above them who are known to be verbally abusive to staff and customers alike when provoked.
