Pros
Flexible hours, work from home, strong collaboration. Some very good people. Had this review been done 2 years ago, would be a perfect score.
Cons
Culture now non-existent, if not a negative, despite management touting value of employees and importance if culture. Employment was pretty much a revolving door particularly at a management level. Direction lacking or changing constantly with changes in management. No consistency. This was not always the case. Many employees jumping ship at management and at employee levels.
