      Fun people Happy hours High school environment

      Cons

      They are trying to look like a high tech company but they are far away from it. Company doesn't have any strategy No real technology (although they say they have one). Incapable managers who got promoted by there connections No real prospect for career growth Low salaries No Keren Hishtalmot

      Pros

      Great people, the team around me was friendly, supportive and seeking knowledge. Employees want to do more, develop and find their professional path.

      Cons

      Very low salaries. Very poor management, unskilled and chosen by seniority and not by being professionals or good managers. They don’t see the employees, the company don’t believe in employees development.
