Pros
- Your teammates are genuine, kind, and reliable - All hands on deck, in that everyone is willing to help and guide you if there are any questions or opportunities for collaboration - Remote life - Sports industry is awesome
Cons
- Huge lack of direction. Implementation of new features is hectic, so this causes bugs and non ideal rollout. We do what we can though to troubleshoot and solve quickly. - Startup with questionable future. A quick search shows layoffs in the past and most recently, several more team members were laid off because of funding and a lack of vision, so we have to now completely pivot. - Uncertain future with lots of staff turnover other than layoffs. C-Suite means well but ultimately floundering
