Pros
Buzzmedia has an awesome portfolio of properties which allows employees on the tech side of the company to touch multiple properties and never get bored with the content. Great location, not venue. Free bagels on Friday's and if you work past 7 on Wednesdays...... you get dinner.
Cons
Offices are old and feel outdated. Having 40+ properties there are multiple business owners for each property making it difficult to get things done. Overall leadership and company transparency leaves much to be desired. Overall company culture is pretty poor, however there have been recent efforts to improve this. Management constantly reminds employees that "if your butt isn't in the seat, the CEO thinks you aren't working". Company is always hiring but can't seem to get the right / enough resources to stay a float
