      - Opportunities to partner with well-known clients. - Good environment for getting a grasp of the social listening world. - Salary is paid on time, employee benefit package is fair,

      Cons

      - Colleagues (especially the Data team) can be very conservative. - Be aware, it will take so long to get promoted here (because of the limited salary budget I guess) - Do not expect too much in the salary raise either.
