      The CEO lacks leadership skills. Subcontractors beware; this company does not pay. It is a financially unstable company that sometimes can't make payroll.

      ByVerTek is fiber construction company that is moving from working only on BAU and smaller community FTTH builds to supporting some of the largest fiber construction projects in multiple markets with the top Carriers and Providers in the industry. Growth brings upward career management opportunities and ability to learn and develop new skills...if you're looking for both this is a good place to work.
