      Not a good place to work in a post pandemic era

      Pros

      Tech team is really nice and they try to make work fun.

      Cons

      * Engineering room is very very small, sometimes it get very loud and you can not focus on work. * Work machines are extremely slow * Company does not have a work from home policy. * There were hidden terms that were disclosed to me on the day of joining.

      Fast pace Organization is growing Good for beginners

      Cons

      Very toxic tech management, they are co founders but treat employees as slaves Zero knowledge sharing & always blaming They only constant thing here is politcs and war for power Structuraly very weak organization Increments & growth is based on nepotisim Workplace is too congusted and poorly maintained except the newly builted ground floor HR doesnt exisit at all

      1. To start a career as a Software Engineer, it's a great place to learn. 2. Work environment was very fun and friendly. 3. They follow Agile practices which is good for career growth and learning 4. They value work-life balance. 5. No micromanagement

      Cons

      1. As a mobile developer you won't be doing anything new if you are a senior dev. 2. They don't want to upgrade the UI/UX of the app. 3. Payscale is not up to the market competitive. 4. There is not much value for the iOS team as the app is based in Pakistan.
