Nice company.... but missing a lot
Pros
Office with new facilities and is well equipped. The locations is close to the beach and with easy parking close to the building. The company give to the employes a PC and a monitor to work in the COMPANY. Different clients and projects with the possibility for an employee to switch to a different team or a different project. Young teams. Company supports employee training.
Cons
Low and unequal salaries among employees. The salary is always paid on different dates each month and is never entered on the same day as the remaining amounts receivable. Compensation in "Benefits" is just to "cover your eyes" with some money because is pay in Coverflex Card and to the majority of the emploes is not usefull. Employees with the same functions have diferents salaries and Compensations. Lack of work organisation. Lack of autonomy for employees and teams. No career progression.
