Pros

Nothing good about this company.

Cons

A very small company operating in an apartment size. You won't even have a proper internet. They just monitor you in and out and not even give you 30 minutes to have lunch. They just post an image for the sake of creating a good profile for the company. Put 50% as a variable in the salary and you won't get that for sure. Have small web development projects, don't know when it stops and you will be fired next day. Humble advise, never take a interview call from company.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We'll use your feedback as an opportunity to get even better. For everyone's information, below are the responses to all the points mentioned above. Hope this helps. ----- A very small company operating in an apartment size. You won't even have a proper internet. RESPONSE: We are 50+ people team with office in one of the best commercial buildings 'The Platina' in HiTech City. Proud of delivering some great work and receiving the recognition from customers and employees alike. Check https://clutch.co/profile/byteridge and other employee's feedback on GlassDoor. Internet works well with 2 lease lines. Not sure when you faced the issue when both the lines were down. ----- They just monitor you in and out and not even give you 30 minutes to have lunch. They just post an image for the sake of creating a good profile for the company. RESPONSE: Folks take 1 hour to 1.5 hours break as they find fit. We have flexi work hours policy and don't track the time. Your day is judged by results. Please ping any of the employees and confirm. They are all accessible on LinkedIn. ----- Put 50% as a variable in the salary and you won't get that for sure. RESPONSE: No one ever in the 11 year's history of the company received 50% variable. For packages below Rs 10 LPA, variable is close to 10%. Rs 10-20 Lakhs, variable is 10-15% approx. Verify with any of the employees or folks who have received an offer from us. ----- Have small web development projects, don't know when it stops and you will be fired next day. RESPONSE: We have executed 100+ projects with some running for 4-5 years+ with large team sizes. We are trusted by many Microsoft teams & Billion Dollar enterprises in the US to deliver mission critical products and softwares for the last 10+ years. In 11 years, only 1 recruiter who was taking bribe from agencies has been fired. Even for the employees who were not meeting the performance levels, we patiently waited for months for them to find good jobs and even assisted them by referring to partner companies. We will continue to adhere to our policy of being compassionate to our team members. ----- Humble advise, never take a interview call from company. RESPONSE: Thank you for the advice. We will let folks judge for themselves. Wish you good luck and hope this post brought you some peace. You know we will always be there to help you and see you do well in life ahead. :)

False allegations and blame.

Pros

Hi Vinayak Sharma, With due respect, it is not good to make false allegations against an ex-employee who worked hard to bring reputation and brand to your company in the industry. I worked hard bring new leads, business and working parallel on customer testimonials, other tools to add value. Which is the responsibility of a marketing team, hope you know the difference at least. You also know the change I made as a whole. I respect you and company as a person and I am not at a state to think about your company. I don’t have time to write some thing on you or company. I don’t care what ever you do, I made a mistake accepting the opportunity and its my decision. I never write bad feedback, but if you keep on pushing me, I will for sure. It is not good at your level to make my reputation at stake to responding with my name for every bad feedback you receive. I know how to take it forward if you keep on doing this. I am requesting you to take my name out of the poor feedbacks. Employees share feedback, depending on their treatment by the company. They feel at-least looking at the feedback people change and culture change. They don’t have time to just make a false allegation against you. Hope you understand.

Cons

Dont have any other than harassing ex-employees.

There is no response on Glassdoor or anywhere in the social media where any of the employee's name is referred by the company, so there is no question of making any false allegations. We request the person to cross check one more time. This is a post from the same person who posted critical feedback in Feb & Sep 2020, with the intent of causing harm to Byteridge as a brand. We strongly recommend and welcome anyone reading this feedback to reach to any of our current or ex-Byteridge employees on LinkedIn to ascertain the facts for themselves. You are also welcome to reach out to our HR or Leadership and openly discuss this feedback either during the interview process or during the tenure of your employment. We deeply appreciate all the hard work of all the current and ex-employees alike, be it in sales role or engineering or other functions. Respecting team members, their contributions and helping everyone grow is core to our value system. We request the person writing this feedback to directly reach out to anyone at Byteridge he feels comfortable with and have his concerns addressed. If you genuinely feel harassed, you will know that you are making wrong assumptions. You will receive all the support that is due to you. Be assured.
