Pros

Hi Vinayak Sharma, With due respect, it is not good to make false allegations against an ex-employee who worked hard to bring reputation and brand to your company in the industry. I worked hard bring new leads, business and working parallel on customer testimonials, other tools to add value. Which is the responsibility of a marketing team, hope you know the difference at least. You also know the change I made as a whole. I respect you and company as a person and I am not at a state to think about your company. I don’t have time to write some thing on you or company. I don’t care what ever you do, I made a mistake accepting the opportunity and its my decision. I never write bad feedback, but if you keep on pushing me, I will for sure. It is not good at your level to make my reputation at stake to responding with my name for every bad feedback you receive. I know how to take it forward if you keep on doing this. I am requesting you to take my name out of the poor feedbacks. Employees share feedback, depending on their treatment by the company. They feel at-least looking at the feedback people change and culture change. They don’t have time to just make a false allegation against you. Hope you understand.

Cons

Dont have any other than harassing ex-employees.

There is no response on Glassdoor or anywhere in the social media where any of the employee's name is referred by the company, so there is no question of making any false allegations. We request the person to cross check one more time. This is a post from the same person who posted critical feedback in Feb & Sep 2020, with the intent of causing harm to Byteridge as a brand. We strongly recommend and welcome anyone reading this feedback to reach to any of our current or ex-Byteridge employees on LinkedIn to ascertain the facts for themselves. You are also welcome to reach out to our HR or Leadership and openly discuss this feedback either during the interview process or during the tenure of your employment. We deeply appreciate all the hard work of all the current and ex-employees alike, be it in sales role or engineering or other functions. Respecting team members, their contributions and helping everyone grow is core to our value system. We request the person writing this feedback to directly reach out to anyone at Byteridge he feels comfortable with and have his concerns addressed. If you genuinely feel harassed, you will know that you are making wrong assumptions. You will receive all the support that is due to you. Be assured.

Thank you for your kind words. //OFFICE SPACE: We moved to WeWork which offers best in class facilities to all team members. ;) //WORK-LIFE BALANCE: Very hard to understand why you say so. 90% of the employees leave office at 5:00/5:30 PM and all by 6:30 PM. Nobody works on weekends. Only in rare cases , when we are behind schedule or close to delivery do we work late night for few days or couple of weekends. I would say, such cases across the team are no more than 3-4 times a year.
