males are targeted. the owners bad divorce caused the "new company" to end up with the woman in the relationship. she will not promote males even when they far exceed the talent level of a female because I assume she is afraid to lose to males. divorce is difficult. but running a company without bias is non negotiable if you want to succeed. if you are male and are strong in your convictions and know your worth then I suggest you run as fast as you can the other way.
