Pros
First off, I just want to say that as a guy that worked at this company, there were things that could be improved, like every company, esp startups that are still experiencing a lot of change, but i never felt like i was placed at a disadvantage for the fact that I'm a guy. The previous comments about that are clearly disgruntled employees, and made themselves pretty obvious. These guys were let go for complete lack of work ethic, bad attitudes, and inappropriate comments towards some of the female relationship managers.
The base pay is about the same or better than other Inside Sales jobs. Once you build your pipeline a little bit, your commission improves significantly. An extra PTO day each month is another incentive.
The president, bonnie, works in a cubicle like everybody else, and is really friendly to everyone, and never gives off an attitude like she doesn't have time to listen to her employees' problems. At the company i worked at before C-level, the management gave off an attitude when you came to them with questions, and I think i saw the CEO/president maybe once in four months, not working along with the rest of us every day like Bonnie does.
Cons
The office was up north kind of far from me, but I hear they're moving to WeWork location soon.
Also, inside sales is just not really my thing.
