Pros
You will know how to handle the work alone because no one will be there to help you. Very few people work here, whose number is only 9 - 10 And maybe even more now (I have left the company recently), which includes each and everyone from employees to CEO himself.
Cons
There will be no relief from work, the workload will always be on you. You will not get the salary on time nor will there be any payment for the extra work done. You will not get any kind of encouragement for your work. There is a big difference between their deeds and their words. No rules and regulations are preferred here as these rules are limited to paper only. The workers working here feel very stressed. Here work is done by burning the blood of the people. The situation here is very chaotic.
