Pros

colleagues are normal human beings

Cons

- Raymond Wong is the ultimate cheapskate -- tries his very best to not raise any salaries or give extra bonuses, tries hard to drag or detour the salary appraisal conversations -- tells you to work harder so that the company can earn money, while no one else other than him has shares of the company, his audacity is mind blowing -- tries hard to maintain a generous image, despite being a cheapskate ?.? -- uses petty excuses to not pay for services or hardware improvements - Raymond Wong praises Jesus when work gets done - some colleagues exist to flatter Raymond Wong - overtime work everyday, without extra pay of course - under market rate salary - projects are mostly maintenance of legacy systems that use tech stacks you have never heard of, good luck advancing your career with these knowledge

Pros

Most of the staff are too nice to suffer heavy workload from management

Cons

Be aware the only big boss acts like a king of this small company, all the staff are just his slaves. non-stop overtime working like hell without allowance, I am so lucky to not wasting much time in this hopeless company.
