Opportunity to participate in many area of clinical trial management processes
Cons
Smaller organization. Less than 25 employees. Development and mentoring does not exist.
Managers lack bandwidth to train teams because they are stretched thin
Small company with dedicated, hardworking employees. Offers great benefits and flexibility, putting an emphasis on a good work/life balance. Small company = wear multiple hats = learning opportunities = career advancement/development.
Cons
Can have some "growing pains" as the company gets bigger, but management has great communication and is transparent with goals and strategies for success.
I worked at C3 for more than 5 years and had a wonderful time. A small company that puts company culture and employees first. An outstanding group of employees who are engaged and work hard to deliver a quality product. The management team has high standards and expectations.
Despite a review to the contrary that I see here, during the worst impacts of COVID the management team at C3 all offered to take significant salary cuts so that employees would not be laid off or have their hours/salary cut.
Cons
Small companies have fewer advancement opportunities than larger companies. The industry has standardized a >40 hour work week. Neither are directly the fault of C3.
