      Hard job mentally draining with ok benefits

      Pros

      Sunlife basic benefits. Pension matching. 3 weeks vacation per year. Most holidays off

      Cons

      Work on Saturdays. Mandatory overtime if you’re on a closing shift (sometimes working until 10:30pm). Low commission. Low bonus. Bonus structure was diminished last year so I’m making 20k less this year than last year. They track us with AI so if you’re in the bathroom you get notified on your desktop that you’re doing something wrong.
