      Pros

      Lots of company events - Christmas party, summer outing, Halloween party, year end party All Philippine Holidays are holidays If you value family time, this is a good company fit for you - 8 hours of work only, but if you are striving still for a higher position for higher salary, its not the best place for you

      Unused SL or VL is not compensated No bonus, only 13th month pay Lowest starting salary and lowest allowance during training Favoritism from management Its a small company so gossip goes around every corner, not much privacy Promotion depends on your manager rather than your skills, if they don't like you then good luck Increase is minimal

      No annual evaluation for employee being conducted, during my stay. Management focus only on profit not to people.
