I have been working at CAM full-time
Pros
Great atmosphere that is it, work is too long, you have to be there for around 11-12 hours a day including Saturday as well
Cons
No base salary, you sell contracts for Virazon on Wal-Mart and you can imagine how people respond to you. you have to make two or three sales a day just to make around $100 a day You may end up working for 11 hours and make nothing. you may end up not paying the rent for the month

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at CAM full-time
Pros
I applied online, got a phone call later that day. I was scheduled for an interview the next day. I went in, the lobby was playing PASSION PIT!!! I love Passion Pit. Everyone who was waiting was talking about their favorite spreadable edible. Which seemed really random at first, but then I realized the lobby lady behind the desk had posed the question to the group. Soon I met with the hiring manager. She was a little intense, I was kind of nervous. I was called back for a second round interview where I spent the day with a corporate trainer. We had a lot of fun. They told me all about the company. There was a lot more to it than I thought. At the end of the day, I sat down with the CEO and reviewed my day. I got an offer!!! I decided to take the job although I had been given other offers for other finance and wealth management companies but this definitely stood out to me the most. The biggest aspect was the chance to make a difference in the world while still being given the chance to move into an ownership role in under a year. Having been here for right under 3 weeks I have already receicved a promotion to Trainer which is the second stage in which you grow into. So far, Ive been a part of several other corporate trainer promotions and one promotion to Senior Corporate Trainer. I love the idea of running my own branch if I work hard enough for the next couple of months. All the people that I work with are motivating and positive people. I wish everyone the chance to work with people they are excited to work with in a team setting rather than have it be a cut throat environement. There are so many people from different walks of life that add value to the company, and overall experience of working here.
Cons
The work is hard but the rewards speak for themselves. No one said the American dream was to be handed everything. The American dream is working hard and being rewarded for it.
