      Nepotism at its finest (and they love it)

      Pros

      Lunch everyday & some great people.

      Cons

      This place is riddled with nepotism, and they LEAN INTO IT. Execs are just there for themselves, and to please those at the very top. You WILL be deprioritized, unless you are close / related with the higher ups, A lot of secrets and drama. If you want a high-school work environment, this is the place for you. Incredible number of clients per "pod", making detailed work IMPOSSIBLE. Surface-level work is about all that is done at CAMP.

      Poor Management and Accountability With Unrealistic Standards

      Pros

      Dogs in office and Lunch were great. Coworkers and peers were kind and hard-working.

      Cons

      It's clear that the executives don't care about you. There is a lack of accountability and it felt like many decisions were protective of their interests, not the interests of the workers. Deadlines are horrid and unreasonable. They push them on you and blame you when you don't meet them. Pay is definitely below market value. While the perks are nice, it doesn't compete. You are expected to bend over backwards for every request, internal or external.

      Fast-paced environment where you learn a lot quickly Strong opportunities to build skills, expertise, and grow professionally Smart coworkers / strong talent — you learn a ton from the people around you Collaborative team culture with solid support and learning opportunities Benefits are well-rounded (health, 401(k) match, PTO, etc.) Company continues to grow and adapt through major challenges (economy, COVID, etc.) Work feels meaningful and rewarding if you enjoy being challenged

      Fast growth = constant change (processes evolve and you have to adapt) Workload can spike depending on season/client needs Communication can vary as priorities shift quickly
