      Nice people in the office

      Lack of vision Micro-Management style Very small company, the true definition of start up Out-dated process No training Seems like there’s no direction or strategy in place. You can at times feel like your not sure why your there. Super low pay

      Pros

      Easy commute compared to downtown, steady pay check and mostly fixed hours.

      Cons

      Company has no overall goals or direction. The owner has no business experience or understanding of how to grow a business. He cannot be bothered to learn his business yet micromanages others and is easily threatened by other's competency. Pay was terrible and don't expect anyone to know what they're doing, in short, don't expect to learn new skills.
