Pros

Leaving this company was the best decision I ever made for my mental health and career.

Cons

• Oppressive & Robotic Atmosphere: The office vibe is incredibly strange. It functions under a "communist-style" enforced silence where employees are expected to act like robots. There is absolutely no room to express opinions or provide feedback. If you value creative thinking or open communication, you will not find it here. • Authoritarian Management: The management team (predominantly mainland Chinese) operates with a rigid, top-down "command and control" style. There is a clear hierarchy where subordinates are looked down upon rather than treated as professional colleagues. • Extreme Micromanagement: The level of monitoring is suffocating. You are required to clock in and out for everything—start of the day, leaving for lunch, returning from lunch, and end of day. There is zero flexibility and zero trust in employees. • Operational Chaos: Despite the strict human management, the physical workspace is a disaster. The warehouse is a mess and completely disorganized, making daily tasks unnecessarily difficult. • Powerless HR & Workplace Bullying: The HR Manager has no real authority to mediate or solve issues. When supervisors engage in bullying, HR remains silent and unhelpful. It is only when you finally submit your resignation that they suddenly have something to say, but by then, it’s too late.

Pros

Leaving the company was the best decision I ever made.

Cons

Abusive and toxic management. Supervisors tolerate and even encourage backstabbing and gossip. Management often takes the side of whoever whispers first, without ever verifying facts. Zero training or onboarding. I was thrown into the job with no support. When I inevitably made mistakes due to lack of guidance, I was blamed publicly and humiliated. Scapegoating culture. Instead of correcting systemic issues, they find someone to blame and isolate them until they quit. I witnessed others go through like this way. Zero career development. You will not grow here. Senior employees (even at the same level) go out of their way to sabotage newcomers – withholding information, setting you up for failure, and then reporting your "mistakes" to management. Extremely hostile work culture. It’s not just stressful – it’s mentally damaging. Constant emotional manipulation, fear-based control tactics (gaslighting), and a complete lack of psychological safety. No structure, no accountability, and no respect for people.
