Pros

I loved that this company was a little bit of a smaller company which meant that it was easier to stand out in terms of employee performance. My direct manager that I worked for was wonderful and very encouraging.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up in the company

Pros

Leaving this company was the best decision I ever made for my mental health and career.

Cons

• Oppressive & Robotic Atmosphere: The office vibe is incredibly strange. It functions under a "communist-style" enforced silence where employees are expected to act like robots. There is absolutely no room to express opinions or provide feedback. If you value creative thinking or open communication, you will not find it here. • Authoritarian Management: The management team (predominantly mainland Chinese) operates with a rigid, top-down "command and control" style. There is a clear hierarchy where subordinates are looked down upon rather than treated as professional colleagues. • Extreme Micromanagement: The level of monitoring is suffocating. You are required to clock in and out for everything—start of the day, leaving for lunch, returning from lunch, and end of day. There is zero flexibility and zero trust in employees. • Operational Chaos: Despite the strict human management, the physical workspace is a disaster. The warehouse is a mess and completely disorganized, making daily tasks unnecessarily difficult. • Powerless HR & Workplace Bullying: The HR Manager has no real authority to mediate or solve issues. When supervisors engage in bullying, HR remains silent and unhelpful. It is only when you finally submit your resignation that they suddenly have something to say, but by then, it’s too late.
