Pros

You will learn a lot about the manufacturing industry, great knowledge on how products are developed and distributed to different retailers. Great place to learn the ins and outs of the retail industry.

Cons

CEO is a micro manager. Company is cheap, so expect low pay and no commission if you are in sales although you will be hammered to death to make your numbers. Upper management is useless and will use scare tactics to try to scare you into doing your job. Expect to work very hard, because they expect hard work but don't want to pay you for it. Company has potential, but CEO needs to treat and pay his employees more. Corp office in Houston is a joke and looks like a worn out warehouse.

Pros

This company has health insurance.

Cons

Work 8:30 - 6:30 mandatory, and no pay for overtime. Need to reply email till 11 pm, sometimes you are even required to work in the office on the weekend, still, for free. No chatting in the office since it is regarded as being lazy at work. Last year when all of the employees planned to celebrate Chrismas by having a 1-hour lunch in the office using their own money. It is banned. I mean this boss is really ruthless.

Pros

CEO and company may become very rich.

Cons

They easily hire and easily fire because HR's insufficiency of sourcing, evaluating, and retaining talents. Lack of a trusted employee-employer relationship, ex: no official company email account is given until you pass the 3 months probational period. Disorganized management team and training program.
