Good potential, hindered by bad local management

Pros
Small company with narrow business focus in transport. Great potential for quiet and reasonably stable work environement.
Cons
Bad local management. Micromanagement and unnecessary bossing around are a thing. Limited technical growth, due to tooling limited to Dynamics 365.
