      Pros

      On occasions the owner would have purchased food for us. I had a great supervisor, and my pay was above the average.

      Cons

      -No PTO -Benefits were costly -Owner Believed he knew more then us. -HR Department Rep really didn't do much. -No training, and some staff members were extreamly rude and unwilling to train. -Attempted to provide insight to better marketing for social media, and increase investment.. not considered by owner.

      Absolutely None! Do yourself a favor and stay away

      Cons

      College Auto Sales and DamagedCars.com are run by 1 family. They do not care about their staff and unless you are ok with being berated, talked down to and being taken advantage of, you probably will not last long there. It is most definitely the absolute worst work environment, company culture and leadership I have ever encountered in my 20+ years of work experience. There are just too many options out there for anyone to consider working here.

Since this is a family business, we treat each of our employees as family members allowing them to mature or mold into positions that they excel in and are passionate about. We provide excellent health benefits and retirement plan, and there are always opportunities for an employee to grow within the company.

      -Excellent and positive work environment -Great health benefits, life insurance, three weeks paid vacations and profit sharing plan -Since it is a family business you always feel like home -Awesome managers and co-workers -Competitive Pay

      None! It has been a wonderful experience working at College Auto Sales of Florida. Great atmosphere, co-workers, managers and benefits
