It is a commission based job where the sales opportunities are non existent. Because I have been very successful during my sales career, the percentage you would make from each sale was very attractive, so I thought I would give it a try. Well, management has no clue how to operate a business and constant mistakes were made when it came to supporting the sales team. I did not close a single sales in my time there, and I have 7+ years of sales experience. Was it me or the company? I am warning any job seeker - Seek employment elsewhere.

There is a lot and I mean a lot to learn about textiles and fabric finishing, hems, thread counts, the different grades of cotton and processes you can do to the raw goods to improve its performance and life span for the customer. If you are not familiar with textiles or linens in general and want to apply for a position at castello, I would do some research before applying, it would only benefit you if you land a job.
