If you’re not entirely able bodied, management has no patience with you and will actively try to get rid of you. They are blatant in their attempts to get around ADA restrictions needed for eligible employees. For a so-called global company, they are way behind in how they want employees to work, including having issues with employees working remotely. They expect employees to work at least eight hours in the office but also to be on call remotely 24/7 and for work to be done during other countries’ time zones. Management micromanages employees and in many cases asks unreasonable things from employees, including time commitment. Unlimited vacation policy means management holds vacation time hostage, can easily justify not giving employees even the same amount of vacation time as they had prior to the policy’s implementation and even if an employee submits requests months in advance, they will wait until the last minute to approve it and in some cases, will threaten not to approve it. Worst working experience of my life.
