      Pros

      You can develop your skills because lots of free time, not hard to find a lunch spot, the office location are perfect place to mingled and develop new networking / relationship to other companies

      It’s highly inefficient, more like a place where engineers retire to take it easy and slack off.

      Cons

      High turnover rate in marketing and product management positions. A lot of meetings, if you enjoy meetings, it’s meeting buffet here.
