      Pros

      Great work culture. The team is focused with a clear vision. The way of working is good, it brings about the best in the team. The team members are encouraged to take ownership of what and how they would like to contribute. This brings about a good culture of accountability hence improving the trust.

      Cons

      Lacks a formal process, which is understandable as this is a startup, and speed and agility is of utmost importance.

      - Very strong team member and leadership bond. Trust levels are very high - Freedom to innovate for business - Very good technology stack and strong technology mentors - Fantastic work culture. - Open and focused on team development - Honest, forward looking, thought provoking, accountable leadership. Company expect the same from every member of teams. - Great team members, skilled and they all know what they are doing

      Cons

      - There are times when it's stressfull - There are many tech tracks, it's exciting but I think organization can do better to structure. - They should do better in marketing themselves
