Pros
1. it's startup, so you get a good amount of learning experience in all terms. 2. You get to interact with top management people as less number of employees are there. 3. To understand working of all the departments very closely. 4. Basically how a company runs is what you get to know.
Cons
1. Too much focus on IIM's 2. Insult of employees if they are not from IIM 3. Too much of show off 4. Most of the things are copied from top competitors like TIME 5. No appreciation 6. Less payment and more amount of work is extracted
