Pros
Opportunities are great: there's solid PMF (Product-Market Fit), commercial and personal growth is real. The top manager and co-owner is decisive, responsive, fair, straight. Team is super nice. Mix of Dutch and Indian people, all hard working and very helpful. Great willingness to learn and improve as well.
Cons
It depends. If you don't like to work in an international environment, this is not for you.
