I loved conducting consultations and finding the perfect product to ease their pain. 50% employee discount on products made self-care more affordable. It's a paycheck.
Cons
Management was downright sleazy. If you are a slight inconvenience in any way- even if that is by wanting to do your job with integrity- they will work harder to suppress you than they will on literally anything else. It's also clear the company is spread too thin and running out of money. This past year, they fired half of all Chicago store managers and forced the remaining managers to run at least two stores for a minimal raise. Shortly after, they announced that they opened six new stores across the country. They are downgrading systems and working to keep goals and raises unattainable.
