Great employees in stores that have compassion for their customers.

Cons

The 5 family members (Owners) and executives do not care about their people. Their personal profit is the only thing that matters with this company People are disposable, replaceable . Poor working conditions - look into New York City store operations. They do not want to spend $$ to improve and cut corners on technology and securities. Don't be fooled by their words. Look at turnover. They talk about a potential monetary bonus that NEVER gets paid out to the team! Culture starts at the top and greed is in the heart and driving force!

Pros

The amount of work done here is very minimal, basically housekeeping for a business that sees 5-20 people a day. The environment is very quiet, gives you plenty of free-time to read or do things slowly.

Cons

Write-ups are common for minimal mistakes. Management is very top-centered and the focus is always on profits for the company. Training consists of ipad courses that are rushed through and never discussed, any and all training is hands-on experience and there is little to no guidance. The company consists of a revolving door of people operating a skeleton crew. They won’t allow you to sit in a chair with back support. Communication is nonexistent.

Cons

Things do change quickly, but as the Pros mentioned, change based on feedback is also implemented quickly. Also due to the nature of the industry we are in policies, products, etc. do also change quickly.
