Write-ups are common for minimal mistakes. Management is very top-centered and the focus is always on profits for the company. Training consists of ipad courses that are rushed through and never discussed, any and all training is hands-on experience and there is little to no guidance. The company consists of a revolving door of people operating a skeleton crew. They won’t allow you to sit in a chair with back support. Communication is nonexistent.
