If you are a person who likes to keep their head down, do the minimum to collect a paycheck, and stay out of sight, this is a place where you can work. Likewise, if you need to start over with a clean slate every couple of months because you are a total loser, you will be fine here. The entire management team literally changes over every year, so your mistakes will quickly be forgotten.

If you are a person who wants to be proud of the work you’re doing and/or be part of a successful organization, look elsewhere. If you want your accomplishments, your dedication, or your sacrifices to be acknowledged, look elsewhere. If you want to create news reports that make an impact or are seen by more than a few hundred people at a time, look elsewhere.
