Pros
I have worked here for almost 15 years. Outstanding place to work, great people to work with and for, benefits given that are fantastic and they even pay 50% of the insurance cost. I have not encountered too may employers that are willing to do that. Management is always available and easy to talk to and help when there is a problem. Well run operation that still feels like a family atmosphere even after all of this time.

Teach you how to use Socratic Sales Method. Teach you quickly and get you on the sales floor fast.
Cons
Training is a group session. The average age of employees is 40+. The hourly pay is very low with no raises. The commissions are proposed and given to you as are average price product is this. If you sell three a week you will make this amount in commission. What they don't tell you is it is only the amount paid that the company receives that counts towards your weekly commission. And there is no current marketing, especially not in the IT community which is the target market. ALL LEADS ARE COLD - Often times as old as 2007
