Pros
OT pay is very good. staffhouse is available. If u want to handle all around work this is the best place for you to learn a lot if you put in the hard work. since its a small company try to take advantage of stepping up and taking the lead on some areas.
Cons
salary is low for most employees, no benefits, long hours, salary increase is only to compensate for inflation. it will take yeaars to be regular employee and get all benefits.
