Flexiblility and work life balance good for family. Staff are considerate and highly intellectual. Company arranges for several yearly events so staff can get to know each other.
Cons
Understaffed and overworked in certain areas. Not enough work for staff in others. Owners more concerned about rushing to bring in new business and are not proactive regarding employee stress. Transparency is not a priority.
